The idea of The PHILO Project is simple.

Most small Philadelphia area nonprofit organizations need professionally shot, produced and edited video for fundraising, public awareness, crowdfunding, social networking, volunteer recruitment and most important,
to tell their stories to the region and the world.

But in almost all cases, these small organizations simply do not have the budget for the kind of high
quality video they need.

PHILO seeks to change all that. Because it is funded by foundations and generous grants from individuals,
PHILO can provide top quality custom videos to qualifying nonprofits free of charge. That's right...free.

Since 2014, PHILO has produced nearly 80 videos for deserving organizations.

"The PHILO Project offers an essential service for small nonprofits like ours that do not have the budget for a video production to tell our story well. We had been hoping to create a video, and we're so grateful to have been chosen by The PHILO Project as a

recipient of their professional services."

THE END

Dear PHILO Project Clients, Friends and Supporters,

Effective May 1, 2019 The PHILO Project will be accepting no new applications.

The past six years have been great! I’ve enjoyed meeting wonderful, generous people in greater Philadelphia’s small nonprofit community; people who are doing many great things to make our region better - and shooting and editing what I consider to be some pretty good videos.

So why am I doing this? READ ON..
